Private retreats

When life changes, where do you go to hear yourself think?

Why a quiet, private Fiji retreat can help women find space after change, loss, burnout or betrayal.

There are moments when a normal holiday is not quite what you need. You may be carrying the end of a relationship, grief, burnout, betrayal, retirement or a life that simply no longer feels like your own. You do not necessarily need to be fixed. You may just need enough quiet to hear yourself think.

That is the idea behind The What Now? Private Retreat at Namawa. It is a personal six-day retreat in Savusavu, Fiji, created for women who have reached a turning point. There is no crowded group, no rigid timetable and no expectation that you arrive with all the answers.

Days can include gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, private conversations, restorative treatments and time beside the sea. You can swim, walk through the gardens, rest in the shade or simply do nothing for a while. The retreat is shaped around the person who is actually here—not an impersonal programme.

Namawa is intentionally private. The ocean is just steps away, the estate is surrounded by tropical gardens and Bedelia, Steve and the local team are nearby when needed. That combination of care and space matters. It allows you to be looked after without feeling watched or rushed.

A retreat cannot decide the next chapter for you. What it can do is give you a calm place to pause, breathe and begin considering what you want that chapter to look like.
